Brewing Instructions:
1. Bring 1.5 cup (360 ml) of water to a boil and cool to 167-185F (75-85C).
2. Place 1 Tbsp of tea leaves into the teapot.
3. Add hot water and steep for 1-3 minutes.
4. Pour tea into the cup(s) with a gentle rocking motion to allow the water to massage the leaves, slowly extracting the flavor
