How to Cook "Tokyo Sousaku Men Koubou Nakiryu Dandan Noodles PB-131" (Official Instructions)

This is the official cooking method as described in the image. Follow these steps carefully for the best results.

Ingredients (Per Serving)

• Noodles: 1 pack
• Soup Base: 1 pack
• Hot Water: 2 liters (for boiling noodles) + 270ml (for soup)
• Optional Toppings: Minced pork, green onions, bok choy, chili oil, roasted sesame

Cooking InstructionsStep 1: Boil Water

• In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a rolling boil.

Step 2: Prepare the Soup

• Pour 270ml of hot water into a bowl.
• Add the soup base pack and mix well.
• Set aside for later use.

Step 3: Cook the Noodles

• Once the water is boiling, add the noodles while gently loosening them.
• Boil for 30 seconds on high heat, then 1 minute 20 seconds on medium heat (Total: about 1 minute 50 seconds).

Step 4: Drain and Transfer

• Once the noodles are cooked, drain them thoroughly.
• Shake off excess water to avoid diluting the soup.
• Immediately transfer the noodles into the prepared soup bowl.
